Best Wishes For Andrea

Our amazing intern Andrea has been with us since August 2021 and graduated from the UA this December with a Masters in Language Reading and Culture. She has helped staff create a more linguistically inclusive and welcoming environment. She crossed paths with Cooper staff last summer during Curso del Verano in Guanajuato Mexico and assisted with their program development internationally.

Additionally, she has led two professional developments for teachers focused on multiliteracy in the classroom. During her time here Andrea has observed all of our programs and gives useful feedback for how to engage our diverse students. She has really left a positive impact on the Cooper center and our staffs' own professional development and our approach to multiculturalism in our programs.

She is a great friend to everyone here at Cooper, we will really miss you, Andrea!
